Warm-up: 500 choice of swimming strokes in a relaxed fashion
Kick 2 X 500 one breaststroke and freestyle and one with swim fins flutter and dolphin
4 X 300 freestyle
Pull 10 X 50 alternating backstroke and freestyle by 50
12 X 25 alternating butterfly and freestyle by 25
Cool down: 200 tai chi style
Total: 3700 meters or yards depending on the length of your pool
